Hal Siegel

Hal Siegel, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager for the City of Oxnard since October 2023, following a position in Project Management Solutions during 2023 as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Solution Provider. Prior experience includes managing global television distribution technology for NBCUniversal Media, where Hal focused on business solutions for royalty processing, deal approvals, and data analytics. Hal's background also encompasses roles at Toyota North America as an IT Program Project Manager, overseeing enterprise-wide initiatives and business intelligence projects, and at Aerojet Rocketdyne as Manager of Information Delivery, leading a team of Oracle developers for ERP analytics.
