Jeffrey Lambert

Jeffrey Lambert is an experienced professional in urban planning and community development, currently serving as the Development Services Director for the City of Oxnard since January 2019. Lambert has been a member of the California Planning Roundtable since 2007 and previously held the position of Community Development Director for the City of Ventura from 2009 to January 2019. Other notable roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the American Planning Association from 2006 to June 2010 and owning Lambert Consulting, where planning and government relations consulting was provided from October 2003 to June 2009. Earlier in the career, Lambert was the Director of Planning and Building Services in the City of Santa Clarita from March 1996 to October 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Planning in City Planning from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Psychology from Clark University.
