Terry Carter is a Detective Sergeant at the City of Pacific and a Deputy Mayor at the City of Bonney Lake. Terry has a background in law enforcement, security, and military service. Terry has served as a Police Officer in various cities, worked as an Armed Security Officer at the Port of Tacoma, and as an Account Manager for King County Metro Transit Security. In addition, Terry has military experience as a Traffic Management Coordinator in the United States Army Reserve.
