Lorrie Mustard has built a diverse professional background with experience in administration and property management. Currently serving as an Administration Assistant for the City of Painesville since October 2021, Lorrie previously worked as an Assistant Property Manager for Goldberg Companies, Inc. and GCI Residential, LLC. Additionally, from November 2017 to October 2021, Lorrie operated as an Independent Care Provider, holding certification through the State of Ohio and the DODD. Lorrie's earlier role as a Property Manager at Forest City Enterprises from June 2004 to 2010 further demonstrates expertise in the property sector. Lorrie is a graduate of North High School in Willoughby/Eastlake, Ohio.

Settled in 1800, Painesville is the county seat of Lake County, Ohio and is located along the beautiful Grand River, roughly 30 miles northeast of Cleveland. Painesville is home to Lake Erie College, Morley Library and a dynamic historical downtown district. It is named after General Edward Paine who served in the Revolutionary War and settled in the area shortly after. Painesville has a population of over 19,000 per the 2010 census.
