Toni Russo

Toni Russo, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, a position held since August 2019. Responsibilities include coordinating internship projects, assisting with benefits enrollment for over 500 employees, improving onboarding processes, and overseeing training activities. Previously, Toni worked as a Human Resources Support Specialist, managing inquiries and benefits processes, and as a Customer Service Leader, providing exceptional service at a childcare center. Prior experiences include serving as an Activity Coordinator for the Palm Beach County School District, where Toni developed weekly curricula and led a team, and holding positions at Brooks Brothers and Justice in sales roles. Toni holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, completed in August 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, obtained in April 2021.
