Brittany Kershaw

Brittany Kershaw has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brittany started their career at Palm Coast Data in 2007, where they initially worked as an Application Developer. Brittany was later promoted to the role of Senior Application Developer, where they led special projects and supported team members in application development and testing. In 2011, they became the Direct Mail Programming Supervisor, responsible for coordinating client projects and executing direct mail campaigns. Brittany then transitioned to the role of Print Programming Supervisor in 2014, where they managed a team and analyzed organizational needs and goals for future improvement. In 2017, they joined the Flagler County Sheriff's Office as the Public Affairs Officer, responsible for media relations, social media management, and organizing public awareness campaigns and community events. Brittany quickly advanced to the position of Public Affairs Manager, where they significantly grew the social media base and managed media interviews. In 2021, they joined the City of Palm Coast as the Director of Communications & Marketing.
