Carmelo Morales P.e.

Carmelo Morales, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in stormwater management and project engineering. Currently serving as a Stormwater Engineer for the City of Palm Coast since February 2019, Carmelo previously held the position of Project Engineer at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. from September 2013 to February 2019, and worked as a Civil Engineer at Miles C. Anderson Engineering from November 2006 to September 2013. Earlier in their career, Carmelo served as a Bilingual Agent/Supervisor at Senture Connect, overseeing a team of 16 agents while completing phone handling duties for a healthcare contract. Carmelo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University between 1994 and 1998.
