Sina Vedadi Moghadam

Sina Vedadi Moghadam, PhD, EIT, CFM, currently serves as Stormwater Engineer I and Project Manager at the City of Palm Coast since August 2023. Previously, from August 2018 to May 2023, Sina held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio, specializing in stormwater management and best management practices (BMPs), with a focus on monitoring detention basins and swales on the Edwards Aquifer and analyzing soil microbial communities in various BMPs. Sina holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
