Janella Andrews, CPA, serves as the Accounting Manager for the City of Palm Springs since August 2021, following a role as an accountant. Recently completed participation in the Forté MBALaunch Cohort 2023 with the Forte Foundation. Janella's prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Lund & Guttry LLP as Tax Manager, where responsibilities encompassed individual and organizational tax return preparation, auditing, and financial statement preparation for nonprofits and small businesses. Early career roles include Tax Supervisor and Senior Staff Accountant positions, along with bookkeeping and accounting support in various businesses. Janella holds a B.A. in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, with additional education from University College Maastricht.
