Teresa Miller

Teresa Miller has over 39 years of experience in risk management and insurance, currently serving as Risk Manager for the City of Panama City, Florida since June 2004. Responsibilities include managing contracts, safety grants, and various lines of insurance, acting as a liaison between the city and insurance carriers. Prior to this role, Teresa spent 20 years at State Farm Insurance Agency as an Insurance Representative, where duties encompassed insurance sales, policy management, and claims processing. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Gulf Coast State College. Additionally, Teresa has served as a sworn police officer, maintaining law enforcement standards and managing fleet operations.
