Joseph N. Allard

Joseph N. Allard is an accomplished professional with over four decades of experience in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as a Therapy Dog Handler volunteer for the Pasadena Police Department since January 2023, Joseph has been instrumental in establishing a therapy dog program. As an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Los Angeles Community College District since January 2004, Joseph leverages extensive experience from a retired career in law enforcement, including roles as a Detective-Fraud Investigator and police officer with the City of Pasadena. In addition to military service as a U.S. Air Force veteran, Joseph has served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal and has held various law enforcement roles throughout a distinguished career. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Business Management and has contributed to curriculum development and guest lecturing across multiple educational institutions.
