Michael Royer is an accomplished IT Security Officer and IT Manager with extensive experience in managing and consulting on technology solutions since 2011 for the City of Pasadena and as an independent IT Consultant since 2008. Previously, Michael served as Director of IT Emerging Technologies at both Live Nation Entertainment and Ticketmaster, leading product integration and transformation initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Michael’s leadership experience also includes roles as Director of Enterprise Systems and IS Manager, where collaboration with senior management on enterprise standards and solution implementation was key to supporting organizational growth. Michael holds a BFA from California State University, Fullerton, and a certificate in Technical Management from UCLA.
