Siranoush Rousian, CID, currently serves as Senior Project Manager for the City of Pasadena since August 2022, following a long tenure at Wells Fargo from May 2005 to August 2022 as Portfolio Construction Manager. Rousian has led multiple significant projects, including major restacks and high-end banking office designs across California, with notable achievements in delivering LEED-certified spaces. Prior experience includes roles as Principal in Charge at Consulting Design Group, Sr. Project Manager at Aref & Associates, IA Interior Architects, and Rothenberg Sawasy Architects, along with a foundational role as Designer/Project Manager at Reel Grobman & Associates. Rousian holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from ArtCenter College of Design, earned in 1984.
