Tori Rhoades

Tori Rhoades is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician at the City of Pasadena since April 2021, where responsibilities include assisting in design and preparation of engineering construction drawings for both overhead and underground distribution systems. Prior to this, Tori worked as an Electronics and Communications Technician for the City of Santa Monica, maintaining electronic systems for city vehicles, and held a position as an Elected Union Director, negotiating multi-year contracts. Early career experience includes serving as a Research Equipment Product Design Engineer at TRITECH RESEARCH and as a Radio Communications Technician in the United States Marine Corps, earning a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. Tori's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, along with several associate degrees in Business Management and Business Administration.
