Brian Cartwright

Brian Cartwright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal service and engineering management. Currently serving as Development Services Manager and CIP Project Manager for the City of Pasco since May 2022, Brian previously held the position of Field Engineer at the City of Kennewick from April 2020 to September 2022 and worked in Public Works for the City of Pasco from April 2008 to April 2020. Brian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Central Washington University, after attending Boise State University from 1991 to 1994.
