Robert Gear

Robert Gear has a diverse work experience in the field of firefighting and emergency management. Robert retired in 2023 after holding various roles throughout their career. Robert served as the Fire Chief for the City of Pasco starting from 2009. Prior to that, they worked as the Fire Chief for Benton County Fire District #1 from 1984 to 2008. Robert also served as the Deputy Incident Commander for Pacific Northwest IMT 2 from 2000 to 2006.
