The IT and Technical Support team at the City of Pasco is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the city's technological infrastructure and services. This team manages IT operations, provides technical support to city departments, oversees geographic information systems, and ensures the reliability and security of the network and SCADA systems. By delivering efficient technical solutions and user support, they enable the city to operate smoothly and improve community access to information and resources.
