Chris Bausch

Chris Bausch is a City Councilmember for District 2 in the City of Paso Robles, elected for a four-year term from 2022 to 2026, and initially appointed as an Interim At-Large member in August 2022. With extensive experience as a Strategic Advisor at Christopher Business Solutions since 2002, Bausch guides business owners through transitions and strategic planning. Bausch has a background in real estate, serving as a REALTOR® with Western Heritage Realty and previously with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Century 21 Hometown Realty, focusing on diverse real estate transactions. Additionally, Bausch contributed to education as a School Board Trustee for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District from 2012 to 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles in various businesses and transformation of operations at NAPA Auto Parts. Bausch's academic journey includes studies in Business Administration at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Mt. San Antonio College.
