Lizbeth Marinez has extensive experience in the public service sector, currently serving as a Prosecutors Paralegal for the City of Passaic since January 2017, providing assistance to the Passaic City Prosecutor's office. In addition, Lizbeth has held the position of Secretary in the Department of Purchasing since September 2016, managing purchasing orders and contracts for the city. Lizbeth began working for the City of Passaic in October 2015 as a Student Assistant in Code Enforcement, handling sign licenses, invoices, and customer service for local businesses. Previous experience includes volunteering as an Assistant to the Prosecutor at Passaic Municipal Court and working as a Work Study Student at Passaic County Community College, where responsibilities included student support and outreach initiatives. Lizbeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Rutgers University - Newark and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Passaic County Community College.
