Xavier C. Rodriguez

Xavier C. Rodriguez is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in both private practice and judicial roles. Since 1994, Xavier has operated the Law Office of Xavier C. Rodriguez, specializing in the representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate. Currently serving as a Judge in one of New Jersey’s busiest Municipal courts for the City of Paterson since June 2019, Xavier presides over various trials and hearings related to criminal, traffic, municipal ordinance, and state law offenses. Previously, from July 2001 to February 2018, Xavier held the position of Chief Judge for the City of Passaic, overseeing the administration and operation of another active Municipal court. Xavier holds a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University.
