Kinnan Dowie

Kinnan Dowie serves as the President’s Office Administrative Intern at Vassar College, with a tenure beginning in September 2024. Kinnan has been involved with the City of Pawtucket, RI, since September 2017, holding positions as Vice-Chair of the Mayor’s Community Board, a board member on the Juvenile Hearing Board, and as an intern in the Mayor's Office. In addition, Kinnan worked as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Don Grebien's mayoral campaign between May 2024 and September 2024 and contributed as a Policy and Outreach staff member for Lieutenant Governor Sabina Matos from June 2022 to March 2024. Kinnan co-founded and served as Vice-President of the Rhode Island Student Advocates, a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing public schools in Rhode Island, from September 2019 until June 2022. Kinnan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at Vassar College, with an expected graduation date in May 2026.
