Melissa DaRosa currently serves as Pawtucket City Councilor At Large since November 2021 and has held the position of VOCA Community Safety Coordinator at the Housing Authority of Providence since January 2019, focusing on domestic violence advocacy and support services. Melissa has extensive experience as a Pawtucket Nonviolence Streetworker and Nonviolence Trainer with the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence, where responsibilities include conflict mediation and community violence prevention efforts.
