Patrick McBurney

Patrick McBurney currently serves as an Associate Judge at the Pawtucket Municipal Court since March 2024. McBurney is also a Partner and Attorney at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC, a position held since September 2015. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for Associate Justice Maureen McKenna Goldberg at the Rhode Island Supreme Court and as a Judicial Law Clerk for Associate Justice Michael Silverstein at the Rhode Island Superior Court. McBurney earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from St. John's University School of Law, completing the program in May 2013.
