Tammy Jones

Tammy Jones is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in clerical and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Clerk for the City of Peabody since December 2017, Tammy previously held senior clerk positions in the Town of Marblehead Revenue Department and as an Administrative Assistant at Marblehead Public Schools. Prior experience includes a Customer Service/Dispatch Specialist role at Waldman Plumbing and Heating, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, administrative support, and customer issue resolution. Tammy also has managerial experience from Richardson’s Ice Cream, overseeing a staff of over 50 and handling day-to-day operations, as well as serving as Office Manager at Lines By Hines, managing scheduling, HR tasks, and accounts. Educational background includes graduation from Peabody Veterans Memorial High School.
