Fabiola M. de Carvalho is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in public works and capital projects. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects at the City of Pearland, Texas, since June 2024, Fabiola previously held significant roles such as Executive Director and Director of Engineering and Construction Management at the City of Bastrop, Texas, from March 2021 to June 2024.
