Yolci Ruiz

Yolci Ruiz is a skilled Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in traffic analysis and engineering. Currently serving the City of Pearland, Texas since October 2021, Yolci has previously held the position of Engineer III Traffic at BGE, Inc. from August 2013 to October 2021. In this role, responsibilities included conducting over 50 Traffic Impact Analysis, drafting and designing traffic signal improvements for various jurisdictions, and assisting with traffic studies during an internship. Yolci holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from San Jacinto College.
