David Hess

David Hess currently serves as the Network Support Administrator for the City of Pekin since January 2014, where responsibilities include preparing the yearly budget, negotiating vendor contracts for city-wide software, and procuring hardware and software while developing specifications and standards. Previously, David held the position of IT Support Specialist at the City of Pekin from September 2005 and worked as a Field Service Technician at Pearl Technology from 2000 to 2005. Academic qualifications include an AAS in Engine Power Technologies from Illinois Central College, earned between 1987 and 1989, and multiple certifications, including MCSE and CompTIA A+ & Net+, obtained through New Horizons from 2000 to 2001.
