Carla Maglio

Carla Maglio serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Pembroke Pines since May 2024, after previously holding the role of Deputy Village Manager/Human Resources Director in North Bay Village from July 2019 to September 2024. Carla's extensive experience in human resources spans various positions, including Human Resources Director for the City of Sunrise, where management of a $1.1 million budget for 1,300 employees occurred, and Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Miami Beach, overseeing significant budgets and staff. Carla also held roles in labor relations and project management, providing critical support to city administration and negotiating with unions. Carla's entrepreneurial experience includes owning All Clear to Close, Inc., which offered loan processing services from 2003 to 2007. Carla earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University between 1999 and 2001.
