Sharon Roberson

Sharon Roberson, MBA, CPM, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives Manager for the City of Peoria, Arizona, since September 2008. In this role, Sharon has overseen agency accreditation, policy formulation, and procedural management, while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and conducting audits. Prior to this, Sharon held various positions at US Airways/America West Airlines from January 1987 to July 2008, including Manager of Employee Travel, where responsibilities included policy communication, negotiation of travel contracts, and integration of travel programs during a major airline merger. Sharon's educational background includes a Certified Public Manager degree focused on Organizational Leadership and Public Service from Arizona State University, a Master of Business Administration in Management from Western International University, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from Arizona State University.
