Debra Bush

Debra (Beck) Bush, IPMA-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, notably serving as the Affirmative Employment Specialist for the City of Peoria, Illinois, since August 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing the selection and assessment processes for management and sworn positions in the Fire and Police Departments. Debra also previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator, focusing on employment and recruitment within the same city departments. In addition, Debra has been a member of the IPMA-HR Greater Illinois Chapter since 2004, contributing to public sector human resources initiatives. Additional career experience includes positions at the American Red Cross, K's Merchandise, Peoria Public Schools District 150, Greater Peoria Mass Transit District, and Economy Fire & Casualty Company. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
