Josh Hunt has extensive experience in both firefighting and education. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT-B for the City of Peoria, Illinois since January 2018, Josh also has a strong background in school counseling and coaching. Previous roles include School Counselor and Boys & Girls Soccer Coach at Peoria Notre Dame High School, where Josh advised students on academic and career goals and led successful soccer teams. Additionally, Josh was a School Counselor at Bloomington Central Catholic High School and Olympia High School, providing support for at-risk students and coordinating homebound services. With a Master's degree in Human Development - School Counseling from Bradley University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Josh combines counseling expertise with leadership and mentoring skills cultivated through varied experiences.
