Jay Levar has extensive experience in both emergency services and business development. Since October 2004, Jay has served as a Firefighter Paramedic for the City of Petaluma. In addition, Jay has been involved in business development with BedConnect Inc. since November 2014, contributing to the development of a population health management system designed to improve efficiency in healthcare settings. Since January 2014, Jay has held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development at Adult Healthcare Advocacy Service, which offers consultation and referral services for managed care placements and emphasizes quality evaluations and facility standards. Jay's earlier experience includes working with the Russian River Fire Protection District from May 2002 to September 2004 and an Associate of Science degree earned from Butte College between 1994 and 1996.
