Jean Tillinghast is an experienced Programmer Analyst at the City of Petaluma since January 2007, specializing in database management and the migration of financial software systems. Previous leadership experience includes serving as President of Belmont Terrace Mutual Water Company from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities encompassed daily operations for a water district and overseeing a $150K upgrade project. Additional roles include Fellow Group member at Marin Professionals and an IT Engineer at Agilent, where training users and preparing for software migration were key tasks. Earlier, Tillinghast was a Technical Specialist at Hewlett-Packard, instrumental in launching a user group and supporting a manufacturing execution system for a semiconductor lab. Tillinghast holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, earned between 1995 and 2002.
