Scott Kwon is an experienced Firefighter and Paramedic with a focus on emergency medical services and rescue operations. Currently serving at the City of Petaluma since August 2019, Scott previously held positions with American Medical Response and California State Parks, where responsibilities included aquatic and cliff rescue operations as well as emergency medical care at the EMT level. Additional experience as a Volunteer Firefighter with Timber Cove Fire Protection District involved fire protection and rescue in various settings. Scott also has a background in customer service from roles in the hospitality industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego and an Associate of Arts in Fire Protection Technology from San Diego Miramar College.
