Robbi Craig

Robbi Craig has an extensive work history in the field of Human Resources. Robbi most recently held the position of People and Culture Director at the City of Pflugerville, Texas, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Railroad Commission of Texas as the Chief Human Capital Officer from August 2021 to January 2022, and before that as the Human Resources Director from May 2017 to August 2021.

Robbi'sprevious experience includes roles such as Manager of Administrative Management Services at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services from January 2013 to May 2017, and Human Resources Specialist VI in Special Projects at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from January 2010 to January 2013.

Robbi also worked as a Human Resources Specialist IV at the Texas Department of Transportation from December 2007 to January 2010, and as a Human Resources Manager at PharmaForm from December 2004 to December 2007.

Robbi began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at ISEC, Inc. in September 2003, where they worked until December 2004.

Robbi Craig attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following that, from 2000 to 2002, Robbi pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at St. Mary's University.
