Andrew Dodd

Andrew Dodd, MSW, currently serves as Program Manager in the Office of Sustainability for the City of Philadelphia, where responsibilities include leading workshops on equitable community engagement and collaborating with city departments to create inclusive engagement plans. Dodd previously worked as a Climate Justice and Jobs Organizer at POWER Interfaith, managing statewide campaigns and fostering community leadership in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Additional experience includes serving as a Supports Coordinator at the Public Health Management Corporation, advocating for the intellectual disability community, as well as a Policy Intern for the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition. Dodd’s educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rowan University.
