Bennie Ruth

Bennie Ruth, MBA, MSHA, M.Ed, currently serves as the Workforce Development and Training Manager for the City of Philadelphia since November 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Operations and Product Manager at Information Logistics, Inc. from November 2015 to November 2018, where management of human resources and recruiting functions was key, and Workforce Development and Recruiting Manager at the City of Philadelphia Office of Human Resources from July 2012 to November 2015, focusing on innovative recruiting strategies and community internship programs. Bennie's career began in the US Army from 2003 to 2012, where responsibilities included commanding a high-performing medical recruiting station and training a large team of recruiters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and Psychology from Liberty University, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management from Trident University International.
