Chondell Smith

Chondell Smith possesses extensive experience in leadership and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Lunch Coordinator and Brand Ambassador at The Yay Company since March 2023, Chondell also has a long tenure with the City of Philadelphia, starting in March 2015 as an After School Leader, where responsibilities included mentoring youth, providing programming support, and managing participation data. Previous positions include Cafeteria Manager and Cafeteria Worker within Philadelphia Independent Mission Schools, managing food service and nutrition programs, as well as technology-focused roles such as Support Center Analyst at Ricoh Americas Corporation and Technology Assistant at Mastery Charter Schools. Chondell holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, alongside an Associate's degree in PC Support & Specialized Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute and another in Computer Information Systems from Community College of Philadelphia.
