Dom McGraw

Dom McGraw is an experienced professional in energy services, sustainability, and technology. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and Co-Founder & COO at RMC Advisors LLC, McGraw has extensive experience with the City of Philadelphia as the Deputy Director of Energy Services & Operations. In this role, responsibilities include leading major sustainability initiatives and overseeing the Municipal Energy Office. McGraw has also held positions such as City Energy Manager, where energy procurement and policy advisory were key duties, as well as various IT management roles prior to focusing on sustainability. McGraw serves on the Board of Directors for Green Building United and GPAEE, advocating for sustainable building practices and energy efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Studies in Sustainability and a Master of Science in Information Technology Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and La Salle University, respectively.
