John Hodge

John Hodge, MBA, serves as the Deputy Director of Finance and Executive Director of the Finance Program Management Office for the City of Philadelphia, where responsibilities include establishing a Finance PMO that enhances project efficiency through process redesign and technology implementation. Additionally, John leads the Office of Property Data, overseeing the collection and management of accurate property information. Previous experience includes roles as IT Project Manager at Ally Financial Inc., Senior Business Analyst at GMAC Financial Services, and various analytical and developer positions at GMAC RESCAP and Electronic Data Systems. John holds an MBA in General and Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BA from the University of Virginia.
