Joseph Jampel

Joseph Jampel currently serves as the Director of Eviction Prevention Programs for the City of Philadelphia, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Regional Housing Legal Services from September 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Staff Attorney, Staff Attorney, and Public Interest Legal Fellow. Joseph's earlier experience includes serving as a Clinical Student at the Ludwig Center for Community & Economic Development and gaining legal experience as a Summer Law Clerk at Klein Hornig LLP and as a Summer Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Additional roles include a Summer Intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, a Paralegal at The Ottinger Firm, P.C., and a Basic Education Coordinator with AmeriCorps at SOME (So Others Might Eat). Joseph began career development as a Program Coordinator for the Mission Hill After School Program. Education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University (2007-2011).
