Joyce Spindler has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles in the field of information technology. Joyce worked as the Director of IT - Enterprise and Governance PMO at the City of Philadelphia, where they led a team of Project Managers and oversaw large-scale digital transformation projects. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, managing multimillion-dollar projects for the City's 9-1-1 systems.

Earlier in their career, Joyce worked at Siemens Health Services, where they held multiple roles over the years. As the Director of IT, they led Application Hosting for Siemens developed Cloud Applications and headed the Project Management office for Cloud Services. Joyce also worked as the Senior Manager of IT, focusing on hosting services and customer engagement. In their role as Senior Manager of Engineering, they played a significant role in the development and rollout of the Soarian Clinicals Electronic Health Record.

Before joining Siemens, Joyce worked at Shared Medical Systems as a Manager of Engineering and Product Manager, where they were involved in the development of the next generation Electronic Health Record and led teams in requirements definition and analysis.

Throughout their career, Joyce has achieved continuous improvement and has successfully managed large portfolios and budgets. Joyce has also demonstrated expertise in leading teams, stakeholder management, and implementing agile methodologies.

Joyce Spindler received a Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in 2006. Joyce also earned a Certificate in Computer Science from Northwestern University between 1982 and 1984. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from Oberlin College.
