Kayla Birch

Kayla Birch, MS, is a Senior Human Resources Associate with the City of Philadelphia since October 2015, bringing extensive experience in the human resources field. Previously, Kayla served as a Home Health Aide at BAYADA Home Health Care, where responsibilities included implementing service goals for children with intellectual and physical disabilities, and as a Direct Care Professional at St. Edmond's Home for Children, performing similar functions. Kayla also has experience as an intern at Bloomsburg University, where duties included managing payroll and auditing processes. Kayla Birch holds a Master of Science in Managing Human Capital from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
