Keli McLoyd is currently the Director of the Overdose Response Unit and previously served as the Deputy Director of the Opioid Response Unit for the City of Philadelphia since October 2021. Keli has been an Adjunct Instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since March 2009, teaching Business Law, Aviation Law, and Aviation Legislation. Keli held the position of Director of Academics at Turning Points for Children from October 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Philadelphia Coalition on Children and Opioids to support child victims of the opioid epidemic. Additionally, Keli worked as a Policy Analyst at Public Health Management Corporation from March 2012 to October 2021, focusing on the implementation of evidence-based practices related to substance use disorder policy. Keli holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
