Kierra Nocho

Kierra Nocho currently serves as the Philadelphia Reentry Coalition Coordinator and Case Manager for the City of Philadelphia since July 2021. Additionally, Kierra is the Founder and CEO of Apparel for the Soul, established under Reaching Nirvana 211 since September 2016. Previous experience includes roles such as Assistant Clinical Manager at So Love Autistic Center, where responsibilities involved overseeing staff and evaluating therapist performance, and Psychiatric Technician at Fairmount Behavioral Health System, focusing on patient monitoring and implementing treatment plans. Kierra also worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist at Silver Springs-Martin Luther School Foundation, providing ABA therapy for children with autism, and began the career as a sitter at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Kierra is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Drexel University, building on a dual Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Philosophy from Penn State University.
