Michael Porvaznik is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in site development project management across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, industrial, multi-family, and single-family developments. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer for the City of Philadelphia since January 2024, Michael previously held positions as Group Manager at T&M Associates and Project Manager at David Mason + Associates. Additional experience includes senior project management roles at LJA Engineering, Inc. and Jones|Carter, as well as a Vice President position at Russo Development. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Camden County College.
