Paulette Adams

Paulette Adams has extensive experience in community development and outreach, currently serving as the Director of Community Development for the 3rd Council District of the City of Philadelphia since 2012. Prior roles include Manager of Community Outreach and Partnerships at the People's Emergency Center from 2009 to 2012, and Civic Engagement Coordinator at E3 Center West between 2007 and 2009. From 2005 to 2007, Paulette was the Y Achievers Program Cluster Leader at the YMCA of Greater Philadelphia and Vicinity. Earlier in her career, Paulette worked at the University of Pennsylvania Office of Community Housing as both Marketing Coordinator and Assistant to the Associate Vice President/Director from 1998 to 2003. Paulette is an alumnus of Temple University.
