Reginald Brasby

Reginald Brasby, Jr. currently serves as a 3-1-1 Contact Center Agent Supervisor for the City of Philadelphia, a role held since January 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Credit Manager at Peninsula, managing credit approvals and collections from delinquent customers, as well as Collection Manager roles at Delmarva Collections Inc and Tate & Kirlin Associates Inc. Reginald began a career in collections in 1986, working with various financial institutions and agencies, including NCO Financial Systems and HHL Financial. Educationally, Reginald holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Temple University, attained between 1988 and 1992, and completed earlier schooling at Bodine and John Bartram High School.
