Robert E Minor

Robert E Minor possesses extensive experience in the management and delivery of large, complex engagements, spanning over 20 years in training and development, more than 15 years in project and program management, and over 6 years within the banking industry. Currently, Robert serves as the Acting Chief Information Officer for the City of Baltimore, and holds simultaneous positions as CTO and CIO at Quadtech Systems, alongside the role of Deputy Chief of Infrastructure and Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Philadelphia. Previously, Robert was the Chief of Infrastructure and Production Services for the State of New Jersey's Office of Information Technology, where responsibilities included the design and management of information security systems. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robert is recognized for exceptional communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, extensive risk management experience, and proficiency in various technologies, including Cisco Infrastructure and VMware Server Virtualization.
