Tiffany W. Thurman

Tiffany W. Thurman is an experienced leader with a robust background in public service and community affairs. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for the City of Philadelphia, Tiffany is committed to enhancing the city’s safety, cleanliness, and environmental sustainability while promoting economic opportunities for all residents. Previously, Tiffany was the Senior Vice President of Government and Community Affairs at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA, impacting over 240,000 individuals annually. Tiffany has also led the Pennsylvania Local Government practice in Health and Public Sector at Accenture and served as Chief of Staff for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, advising on key initiatives for the largest urban park system in the nation. As Executive Director for the Philadelphia Delegation to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Tiffany provided strategic guidance to a bipartisan group of 25 elected officials on critical issues. Tiffany holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and double Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Political Science from Temple University.
